Stevens kicked to the center of the field, where Hammond fumbled, and the ball was recovered by Bingham. Spaulding was sent in to replace McGlone. Stevens punted short to Harvard's 25 yard line.

Hammond, faking a punt, ran around left and for three yards gain, and with two down and seven yards to go, Cheek made two yards off left tackle. Lockwood then replaced Cheek.

Hammond kicked to Yale's 23 yard line. Hobson took Evans place in the line. A drive by Cottle netted six yards. Gordon was sent in in place of Hill at right end.

Cottle gained two more yards on a line smash. With fourth down and two yards to go, Stevens punted; Spaulding fumbled but the ball was recovered by Harvard on the 25 yard line. Hammond then gained three yards through the line. A pass from Spaulding to Gordon was broken up on the next play. Hammond then punted to Yale's 35 yard line.

Russell Hubbard and Donovan went in for Eastman and Grew. Harvard was penalized five yards on an offside play. With first down on Yale's 40 yard line. Richeson gained four yards.

Pfaffmann was then sent in for Hammond. A fumble by Yale on the next play recovered was recovered by Yale. Hass replaced Cottle, and fumbled on his first play. Yale recovered. Neidlinged was sent in for Hass.

Stevens punted to Spaulding on the 20 yard line. O'Hearn limped in replacing Neidlinger. Jenkins replaced Pfaffmann and gained five yards. Forward pass failed
