McGlore Replaces Lee

McGlone went in at quarter, replacing Lee. Cheek gained two yards through the line, and then Hammond through the line, and then Hammond kicked to Yale's 38 yard line. Stevens immediately punted high to Harvard's 50 yard line and Cheek was tackled by Hart after a 10 yard run. McGlone was tackled for a loss around right end. Hammond thereupon punted high, and the ball rolled outside on Yale's 45 yard line.

Crosby was then sent in for Combs, Stevens punted, and the ball barely rolled over Harvard's goal line. It was taken out to the 20 yard line.

Quarter Ends on Five Yard Line

On the next play McGlone fumbled, and Hart recovered for Yale on Harvard 28 yard line. Cottle failed to gain around left end, and on the next play Stevens swam through the center of the line for two yards. Mallory then sent another placement kick squarely between the goal posts. Score Yale 13, Harvard 0.

Eastman kicked off to Milstead. It was a short kick and he was not stopped until he reached his own 45 yard line. Stevens kicked over the goal line and the ball was taken out to the 20 yard line.

Yale Makes Third Score

On the first play Hammond punted and the ball was downed on Yale's 43 yard line. Stevens sent back a high punt which was downed on Harvard's five yard line. The quarter ended with the ball on Harvard's five yard line. Score: Yale 13, Harvard 0.

FOURTH PERIOD.

At the start of the fourth period Grew was sent in for Dunker. With the ball on his own five yard line, Hammond promptly punted to the 45 yard line.

Cottle was sent through the line but was unable to gain, but on the next play he slid for a six yard gain through Harvard's right tackle. On the third play the same man was downed on the line of scrimmage. Stevens punted over the goal line, and the ball was brought out to the 20 yard line. Hammond got off a long punt to Yale's 35 yard line.

Cheek Gains on Delayed Pass

Stevens sent a low punt back to Harvard's 30 yard line. On the next play Cheek, on a delayed pass, made nine yards, but with two yards to go he failed on the next rush to gain through the center.

Hammond then kicked to Yale's 15 yard line. Kernan was sent in for Greenough, and Bingham returned in place of Hart. Stevens kicked to a puddle in midfield. Kernan's pass to Hammond went over his head Hammond reached for it, and ran it back to the line of scrimmage. On the next play Hammond kicked to Richeson on Yale's five yard line.
