Final Class Constitution

SENIOR CLASS CONSTITUTION.

ARTICLE I.

Members.

Section 1.-The members of the Class of - shall be:

(a) All men who are candidates for the degree of A.B. or S.B. in -.

(b) All men who have received, or will receive their degrees as of the Class of -.

(c) All men who are fourth year special students.

Section 2.-Men in the University not included under any of these classifications who entered with the class of - but who are not officially registered with the class of - may on petition receive the right to vote with the Class.

Section 3.-No man who has voted in any previous Class Day election shall be eligible to vote.

Section 4.-A provisional list of members of the Class shall be compiled by the nominating Committee hereinafter mentioned and shall be posted before the first Friday in December.

Section 5.-Any man whose name is not on the list of members of the class compiled by the Nominating Committee may petition the Committee to enter his name thereon. Such petitions must be delivered to the Committee before the Monday following the first Friday in December, and shall be passed upon finally by the Committee.

ARTICLE II.

Officers.

Section 1.-The officers of the Class shall be First, Second and Third Marshals, Secretary, Treasurer, Orator, Ivy Orator, Poet, Odist, and Chorister.

Section 2.-The duties of these officers shall be those usually incumbent upon their offices.

Section 3.-The First Marshal shall act as the Class President and the Secretary as Class Secretary until Class Day. At meetings of the Class after Class Day the First Marshal shall preside, and in the absence the Second Marshal, and in the absence of both, the Third Marshal.
