ARTICLE IV.
Meetings.
Section 1.-Meetings shall be called at the discretion of the President, or within six days after the receipt of a petition signed by twenty-five members of the Class stating the proposed discussion to be brought before the meeting. The purpose of all meetings and the subjects to be discussed therein should be published by the President two days before said meetings.
Section 2.-At meetings of the Class, except those for constitutional amendment, a quorum shall consist of seventyfive members of the Class.
Section 3.-Roberts' Rules of Order shall govern the proceedings of all meetings of the Class.
ARTICLE V.
Amendments.
Section 1.-This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of members present at a special meeting.
Section 2.-Notice of this meeting, together with a statement of the nature of the proposed amendment, shall be published one week previous to the said meeting.
Section 3.-At all meetings for questions of Constitutional Amendment a quorum shall consist of a hundred and seventy-five members of the Class.
Section 4.-Any proposed amendment to this Constitution shall be presented first to the Executive Committee of the Student Council, which shall have the right to report through its representative concerning the amendment, at the meeting in which said amendment is to be voted upon
