Somerville Residents Open Hearts to New Pets: Storm Water Drains
As increased flooding due to climate change has caused more combined sewer overflows, the city has decided to give residents a new role in flood prevention through its Adopt-a-Drain program.
Delilah Brown, Campus Cafe Extraordinaire
Brown has since transitioned to her role as assistant manager of both Barker and Lamont Cafes, and she can be thanked for putting an end to students’ lonesome glances at the empty coffee bars. Now up and running for the 2023-2024 school year, featuring a menu of fresh pastries and brewed drinks, the cafes have restored their lively student audience and are accompanied by Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, or whoever’s on queue on Brown’s go-to playlist.

Along with nudity, the first issue of H Bomb promised art and text galore. The editors also had a vision for the future of the magazine: “longer, smarter, and definitely hotter.” But this projection for H Bomb’s future did not survive the test of time.
