The "Midsummer Night's Dream" will be read by Mr. Riddle in the She and Memorial Chapel, Thursday evening, November 21.

The advance sheets of the catalogue will be out the latter part of this week. The catalogue itself will be ready for sale about the first of December.

The late Dr. T. W. Pray of Dover, be queathed one thousand dollars to Dartmouth college, to constitute a prize for the scholars in modern languages of four years' standing.

When it was announced at the English university of Cambridge that women would henceforth be admitted to the university examinations, the students turned out in a body to cheer Miss Helen Gladstone and the incoming young woman students.

The 'varsity eleven played no regular practice game yesterday. A scrub team including Cumnock, Tilton, Blanchard and Fearing, played a twenty-five minute game with the freshman eleven. Each side scored a touchdown, but no attempts for goal were made. The play was lively despite the muddy and slippery ground.

Princeton men say in regard to George, the centre rusher, that he is a teacher in the Lawrenceville preparatory school, and for a long time refused to come back to Princeton to play foot-ball. He finally agreed, however, to re-enter Princeton when a promise was given him of having his position at Lawrencevile reserved for him. Cash entered only for the foot ball season, the Princeton men say, and in order to comply with the rule that he must stay the year out he will cut so many recitations that the faculty will expel him.
