WE wish to call particular attention to the following, which we think has escaped the notice of many:-
Conditions (not admissions) cannot be made up during the year unless notice is given to the Registrar before October 15.
A CHALLENGE from the Toronto, Canada, Foot-Ball Club has been accepted, and the game will probably be played October 27, at Montreal.
DOGS cannot be brought or kept in any room in a college building, or in Dolton's or Little's blocks, or the dormitory with the hideous name.
AT a meeting of the Base-Ball club, the old officers were re-elected: i.e., President, H. C. Ernst, '76; Captain, F. W. Thayer, '78; Secretary, A. H. Latham, '77; Treasurer, W. Mason, '76.
THE third and deciding game between last year's Freshman Nines of Yale and Harvard was played June 23 at Hartford, and resulted in a victory for Harvard. Score, 20 to 12.
THE officers of the Holworthy Boat Club are: H. J. Harwood, '77, President; J. R. W. Hitchcock, '77, Secretary and Treasurer. A. W. Morgan, '78, who was elected captain, has resigned.
THE candidates for the University crew were on the river last Monday. It is the first time, we believe, in our boating history that the University has been out on the first Monday of the of the term.
The second ten of the Everett Athenaeum are Messrs. H. P. Bissell, N. M. Brigham, G. C. Cutler, J. M. Gardiner, J. T. Gilbert, R. Heard, H. C. Mulligan, F. B. Patten, E. Robinson, H. R. Sargent.
