Professor Elisa New delivers a lecture, "Poetry in America: The Poetry of Early New England," on Thursday at the Harvard Allston Education Portal. The event was a collaboration between Harvard X and the Education Portal, allowing for both in-person interaction and discussion while hundreds viewed the presentation from their homes. Members of Professor New's panel included teachers and students from Lexington and Swampscott High Schools.
