The Congressman was joined by a veritable who's who of scholars on the subject, including Prof. Peter Dutton, Dr. Andrew Erickson, Dr. James Holmes, Prof. William Martel, and Dr. Toshi Yoshihara. The event was co-sponsored by the Harvard Extension International Relations Club and The Diplomat.
