An attendee at the Food at Twenty-Four Frames Per Second film festival’s first screening, which was held at the Adams Pool Theatre, watches the film “Tampopo” by writer-director Juzo Itami. “Tampopo” explores the connection between food and sexuality through its depiction of a restaurant owner set on making the perfect ramen noodle. Ramen noodles were served after the viewing to supplement the images of food onscreen.
