Congas, a new tapas restaurant in Harvard Square, prepares for its grand opening tomorrow. Having recently secured liquor licesnes, Congas bartenders J.D. Acton and Carlos Medina prepare for business later this week. Conga owner Panja Lymswan, also the owner of Spice, recently decided to open Congas, at 1 Eliot street formally Shabu Square.
