The Harvard Humanitarian Initiative sponsored the panel discussion “Rape as a Weapon of War: Sexual Violence In the Congo,” featuring Denis Mukwege, chief surgeon and director of the Panzi hospital in the Democratic Republic of the Congo yesterday.
