Passion Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

About 6 teaspoons non-fat plain yogurt, divided

About 1 cup granola, divided

About 6 teaspoons low-fat strawberry yogurt, divided

¼ cup strawberry sauce

Place 3 spoonfuls plain yogurt in the bottom of a glass. Add ¼ cup granola, then 3 spoonfuls strawberry yogurt, then another ¼ cup granola. Repeat, topping with strawberry sauce before adding the final sprinkling of granola.

Lovers’ Pita Pizza

Ingredients:

2 half-pitas, cut into heart shape

¼ cup olive oil

1 cup spinach or other lettuce

6 tomato slices

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
