An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev had grown up in Chechnya before emigrating to the United States. In fact, while he is an ethnic Chechnyan, Tsarnaev moved from Kyrgyzstan to America.
