Farley highlights an upcoming film, “Proof,” which is a story about the life of a mathematician, starring Anthony Hopkins and Gwyneth Paltrow. Although Farley is not directly working with the film, he notes that mainstream movies such as this are of interest to him and his consulting company.
The two are currently working on creating an algorithm that helps producers have more efficient and profitable releases.
And even as Farley continues to contribute mathematical insight, he joked that the writers do not always heed his advice.
“If there are a few mistakes in the show, don’t blame me,” he said.
