Oct. 12:

1:58:43 a.m.—Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officers were dispatched to Winthrop House on a report of a group fighting. Officers sent the parties on their way.

2:10:02 a.m.—An officer was sent to the Eliot Triangle to take a report of an assault with a dangerous weapon, which the officer determined to be a baseball bat.

3:21:37 a.m.—Officers assisted Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers with a threat to commit a crime at the Phoenix Club.

4:27:32 a.m.—At 75 Mt. Auburn Street, HUPD officers conducted a field interview with parties who were in possession of a bike that had been reported stolen. Criminal complaints will be sought.

9:49:41 a.m.—An officer was sent to the Fairchild Biochemical Laboratory on a report of writing on the building. The officer reported that no damage was done to the building as the writing was written in chalk.

10:49:10 p.m.—Officers were dispatched to the DeWolfe Street Garage on a report of a possible robbery. Officers reported an assault with a dangerous weapon. The suspect fled the area and a report was filed.

Oct. 13:

2:03:53 a.m.—An officer was dispatched to Terry Terrace on 19 Everett St. on a report of people screaming in the building. The caller informed the officer that their neighbor was yelling at someone on the phone. The officer spoke with the parties and instructed them to keep the noise down.

Oct. 14:

10:26:12 a.m.—An HUPD officer responded to a report of stolen items from a construction site at 79 Harvard St. The officer checked the area with negative results, and spoke to employees who did not identify any missing property,

11:25:30 a.m.—An officer observed a known trespasser in the Pound Building. The officer arrested David Scrima, 43, of New York for trespassing.

2:41:02 p.m.—An HUPD officer was sent to the Science Center to take a report of a stolen Internet wireless access point.

3:41:44 p.m.—Officers assisted a citizen who believed his bike, which had been stolen, was now chained to a pole. Officers stood by until CPD arrived.

Oct. 15:

4:30:01 p.m.—In the Pound Building, officers arrested Scrima on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest and breaking and entering for misdemeanor.
