4:39:37 p.m.—An officer arrested 39-year-old Charles V. Lewis, who is homeless, on a default warrant. Lewis was allegedly sleeping on the stairs at 1430 Mass. Ave.

Dec. 6:

4:01:56 p.m.—An officer was sent to City Sports to take a report of a possible larceny. A search for the suspect turned up negative.

Dec. 7:

1:47:40 a.m.—Officers responded to a call from an emergency phone from a victim who said five or six individuals were harassing the victim and throwing snow at the victim’s face. A cab driver intervened and stopped the suspects, who fled towards Cabot House. An officer stopped one of the suspects, but the victim declined to file a report.

8:44:43 p.m.—An officer took a report of a past vandalism to posters inside the lobby of the Science Center.

9:27:43 p.m.—Officers arrested 45-year-old Dennis E. Sumner of San Antonio, Fla. at the Inn at Harvard for domestic assault and battery.
