POLICE LOG

7:49:18 p.m.—An officer was dispatched to the Science Center Mall after receiving a report of a youth throwing what appeared to be rocks at vehicles under the bridge. A search for the suspect turned up negative.

Nov. 1:

6:48:44 a.m.—An officer was sent to Divinity Hall to investigate a report of a person climbing in a window. The officer learned that the building’s card access system was not functioning and that the person climbing in the window was actually an employee.

1:19:59 p.m.—An officer met CPD and Cambridge Fire Department (CFD) officers to take a report of fraud at Holyoke Center. A business owner had paid money to “Cambridge Fire Prevention” to check fire suppression units, but “Cambridge Fire Prevention” is not a legitimate company and is not affiliated with CFD.

4:32:24 p.m.—Officers investigated a bomb threat at the School of Public Health. The Boston Police Bomb Squad deemed the building safe.

10:30:47 p.m.—An officer was sent to Stoughton Hall to check a room for an unattended and possibly plugged-in iron. The officer located the iron, but it was not plugged in.

Nov. 2:

3:01:21 a.m.—Officers assisted employees at University Health Services in restraining an unruly patient.

11:07:39 p.m.—Officers were sent to Mather House to quiet a loud party.
