Interhouse restrictions spark declaration of hostilities

"We have our rules for us and other rules for other people," she said.

Garcia said he will resubmit the proposal, and he expects it to pass the second time around.

Other issues related to the inter-House war, including an official response to the Adams war declaration, were addressed at last night's War Council meeting in Pfo-Ho.

Garcia said he wasn't surprised at Adams' colonization attempt.

"That just characterizes the view of the River Houses of the Quad Houses," Garcia said. "We're fighting for the entire Quad."

According to the Adams declaration of war, Pforzheimer must comply with Adams' numerous demands, including required "remedial pfonics classes" and completing all section response papers for Adams students. Otherwise, "the Grand Army of the Gold Coast" will be prepared to "battle" the forces of Pforzheimer on the Radcliffe Quad.
