Men's Hockey Stays Alive With 4-2 Win

"We have a bit of a tendency to come out in the first period and play really well and take the lead," said captain Ashlin Halfnight. "And a number of times this year we sort of sagged in the latter part of the game.

"But tonight it was the exact opposite, so that is sort of comforting to know that we can come back from that deficit."

In the end, the game wasn't pretty, but the result was effective.

"Now it is a whole new season, and everyone starts off with a clean slate," Millar said. "Right now we are only one of two teams that are 1-0, so we have the momentum."

After tonight's game, however, the Crimson obviously needs to improve upon its original set of plans if it is going to survive its latest trip to upstate New York. Harvard, 4-2 at Bright Hockey Center St. Lawrence  1  0  1  --  2 Harvard  0  3  1  --  4
