Men's Basketball Edges Out Lehigh in Second Half, 65-64

* Crimson betters record to 3-0 and faces Army tomorrow night

While the Crimson are perfect this season, players are not altogether pleased with their level of play.

"No one expected us to be anything but 3-0, and we haven't been playing up to the standards that we need for Ivy League play," Scott said.

One area that needs obvious work is free throws. The Crimson went to the line an astoundingly meager five times, and only converted a pair of these chances. However, the players argue that this is not totally their fault.

"There was some sketchy home-town refereeing," said Fisher.

Harvard out rebounded Lehigh 38 to 36 (led by Clemente's 10) and held a 16-14 assist advantage. But Hill, who had seven assists, also committed five turnovers, and the team gave up the ball a disturbing 17 times in all.

"The press rattled us a lot more than it should have," Scott said.

After enjoying a day off, the Crimson prepare for a physical contest against Army tomorrow.

"There will be some elbows thrown in that game," Scott said. HARVARD, 65-64 at Bethlehem, Pa Harvard  32  33  --  65 Lehigh  32  32  --  64
