Hu is on pace to be only the second back in school history to break the 1000-yard mark should he rush for 295 yards over the next three games. Only a measly 350 yards separate him from the Harvard single-season record.
The receiving corps is talented as well, with freshman Colby Skelton and leading receiver junior Mike Halligan in the starting slots.
This season is an especially promising one for Harvard, which has not been over the .500 mark this late, four long years ago. This year the Ivy League championship seems closer than any other time in recent memory.
"When you're trying to turn a program around, you need games like this," Anderson says.
History is with the Crimson, as Harvard has owned the series record over Brown, going 68-23-2. However, Murphy and his team know that they cannot depend on history to win them the game, as the Bears thrashed the Crimson, 43-29, last year in the ugliest Ivy loss of the season.
Both Harvard and Brown are coming off of big victories last week and look to continue their respective win streaks today.
Again, history predicts this one to be a offense-fest.
If Harvard can put in the same dominant offensive and defensive efforts it did against Dartmouth last week, then there should be no good reason why the Crimson won't win today's match.
