"They would take a woman and burn her." Chorn said after the lecture.
"They suffocate people with a plastic bag. The blood rushes out of the ears, the nose, the mouth," Hong added.
The two survivors also told how the Khmer guerillas would eat the livers of their victims.
"We were starving," Hong said afterwards. "I came very close to eating one I instead are grasshopers, worms."
Some students cried as they heard of the atrocities, most were visibly moved by the victims account.
"They chocked me up immediately," said Emily S. Nozick '87. "The impact is so sad, and so frightening at the same time."
