AMHERST Citing racial discrimination as the reason for leaving, a top administrator at the University of Massachusetts will be talking a one year professional leave of absence alter employment elsewhere.

Marie Reid assistant chancellor and director of the Office of Planning and Budget and the only Black woman in a top administrative position at UMass said the administration somebody body has systematically removed all the top Black administrators.
