When Colgate defensemen Mark Morris received a five-minute sentence for drawing blood on Millen, Murray used the opportunity to flip the puck over a prone LeMonde at the 4:16 mark.

Giff Duffy kept the score one-sided with several splendid saves during the game. In all, Duffy turned back 33 Red Raider shots.
