Reverend Samuel McChord Crothers D.D. (Hon.) '99 will lecture at 12.10 tomorrow at the sixth meeting of the series of lectures on "Religion and Law" in the First Parish Church.
Dr. Crothers will take as his subject "Theology and Law". He will talk mainly from a theological point of view, aiming to present to his audience the religious side of a question heretofore treated in these lectures largely from the legal viewpoint.
Dr. Crothers, pastor of the First Parish Church since 1894, is known as a theologian and as an essayist. Among his numerous works are "Members of One Body". "The Gentle Reader", and "The Understanding Heart".
The Faculty of Medecine announces a lecture by Dr. Francis W. Palfrey on "The Family Medecine Closet" to be given at Medical School, Longwood Avenue, Boston, tomorrow afternoon. This is the second of a series of five lectures on medical subjects. The lectures begin promptly at 4 o'clock.
