THESES FOR EDUCATION PRIZES DUE TOMORROW

Cancellation of Allied Debts Is Subject of Competition--Three Prizes Offered, $150, $100, and $50 Respectively

Tomorrow is the last day for the submission of theses in the Institute of International Education prize contest, the result of which will be announced on May 1. The contest is open to any undergraduate student in any college of university in the United States. The subject of the theses is "The Cancellation of the Allied Debts" and three prizes, of $150, $100, and $50 will be awarded.

According to the rules of the contest the theses should not exceed 5000 words, should be typewritten on one side of the paper only, and should be mailed to Miss M. c. Alexander, secretary of the International Relations Clubs, Institute of International Education, 407 West 117th Street, New York City.

The judges of the contest are as follows:

Professor S. P. Duggan, director of the Institute of International Education.
