Announce Series of Illustrated Talks.
Professor Walter R. Spalding will give the first of a series of illustrated lectures on four famous symphonies tomorrow evening at 8.15 o'clock in the John Knowles Paine Concert Hall of the Music Building. Professor Heilman and Professor Davidson will assist in a four-hand illustration on the pianoforte. These lectures will be open to the public. The dates and subjects are as follows:
Feb. 18--Beethoven's Fifth Symphony in C minor.
Feb. 25--Cesar Franck's Symphony in D minor.
March 3--Tchaikowsky's Fifth Symphony in E minor.
March 17--Brahms' First Symphony in C minor.
