1. The Regiment will attend the lecture by Colonel Applin of the British Army on Monday evening, May 6, to be held in New Lecture Hall at 8 P. M. Companies will be formed as for other lectures at 7.45.

2. Men who are taking final examinations during the week May 6 to 10 are not required, but are permitted to attend.

Third Battalion.

Order No. 1:

1. On Tuesday, May 7, the battalion will take part as usual in the exercise at Fresh Pond.

2. On Thursday, May 9, the battalion will form at 2.40 P. M. on the river bank opposite Standish Hall, facing west. Ponchos will be worn on the belt.

A detail from M Company will report at 2.30 P. M. at the Armory to carry rifles to the Stadium. A detail from K Company will return the rifles at the end of drill.

3. Non-commissioned officers will report at the Armory Thursday, May 9, between the hours of 9 to 12 A. M. and 1.30 to 4.30 P. M. for canteens, one for each non-commissioned officer.   JOSEPH WARREN, Major, Third Battalion,

Notice:

1. Owing to shortness of the notice previously given, the time for entrance in this class is extended to 5 P. M. on Monday, May 6.

2. Class will be held on Monday, May 6, from 7.30 to 8 A. M. On the other days of the week from 8 to 8.30 A. M.
