1. Upon the recommendation of the Regimental Committee, and under the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 13, "Regulations for the Government of the Harvard Regiment," the following members are dropped from the rolls of the Regiment, they having been absent, without acceptable excuses, from two or more prescribed drills and lectures:
