WASHINGTON, D. C., Dec. 15, 1897.
Assistant Secretary Roosevelt entertained a number of Harvard and Yale graduates at the Metropolitan Club this evening in honor of Mr. Lehmann. The list of guests including representatives of every branch in the government service was as follows:
Sec. Long, Justices Brewer and Brown, Senators Lodge, Walcott and Wetmore, Gen. Miles, Col. Bingham, Captain Wood, Solicitor Gen. Richards, John Addison Porter, Congressmen Simpkins, Moody, Morse, Bull, Dalzell, Fowler, Tittam.
