The Yale Banner for '97-'98 will appear on December 15. It is edited by F. M. Gilbert '98, and H. W. Hincks '98.
Next year, the Princeton eleven will loose three regular players, Pennsylvania four, and Harvasd six.
A movement has been started in Washington to establish a National University in memory George Washington.
Two basket ball teams of nine men each have been organized, and play scrub games in the Gymnasium every afternoon after the five o'clock class. Other teams will probably be started later and the number on each reduced to seven.
In the last ten years Harvard College has increased in size by three-fifths; the Graduate School has tripled, the Law School has gained two and one-half times; the Medical School has more than doubled; the Dental School has quadrupled; and the Scientific School has increased twenty times.
