During the past year, 12,880 volumes have been added to the Cornell University library.
The report of the treasurer of Amherst College shows the income last year to have been somewhat larger than in former years, while the expenditures have remained stationary. The donations during the year amounted to over $25,000.
The Boston branch of the Wesleyan University Alumni Association will hold their annual reunion and dinner at the University Club on Monday evening, Dec. 9. Rev. I. J. Lansing '72 will preside, and L. R. Gibbs '92 will act as toastmaster. President Raymond of the university will be present.
Professor Sloane of Princeton, the American representative on the international committee in charge of the Olympic games to be held at Athens next spring, is confident that the interest taken in the games by this country will result in a team being sent to compete in the games, composed of the best athletes in American colleges and athletic clubs.
