Preparations are progressing for the productions of Maliere's comedy, "Le Bourgeois gentilhomme" which are to be given under the direction of the Conference Francaise. The first performance is to take place at Brattle Hall, Cambridge, on December 15; the second, at Union Hall, Boylston street, Boston, on December 20. The undertaking is under the pattonage of many of the leading society people of Boston and Cambridge and it promises socially to be as great a success as dramatically. The rehearsals are being held almost daily and after some changes the cast has finally been settled upon. It is as follows:
