University Calendar.

APRIL 13, SUNDAY.

HARVARD CLASSICAL CLUB.On Tuesday, April 29, Professor Louis Dyer will deliver a public lecture on "The Greek Religion and the Delphian Apollo" in the Jefferson Laboratory.

COLLEGE CONFERENCES.Two more college conferences will be held this year. At the first, on April 22, Professor Palmer will speak on "The Necessary Elements of the Religious Life." At the second, President Eliot will speak on "The Choice of Studies."

MEDIAEVAL LITERATURE.The remaining lectures on Mediaeval Literature, given under the auspices of the Deutscher Verein, will be as follows:

April 14.- The Nibelungenlied. Dr. Roman Woerner of New York.

April 21-Wolfram von Eschenbach's Parzival. Mr. William W. Newell of Cambridge.

April 24-The Poetry of Walter vonder Vogelweide. Dr. Julius Goebel.

ENGLISH B.Theme IX will be read and discussed in Sever 11, on Tuesday, April 15, at 2 o'clock.

Theme X., A Exposition, will be due on April 22.

Themes are to be deposited in the wooden box outside of Grays 18, not later than 4 o'clock. By the regulations no overdue theme will be accepted unless the writer satisfies the secretary that his failure to present it at the appointed time was caused by serious illness or other unavoidable hindrances.

Every student is required to follow implicitly the directions in regard to paper, folding, endorsing etc., given in the printed rules of the course.

CHAMBER CONCERTS.The fourth chamber concert of the Kneisel Quartet will be given on Thursday evening, April 17, at 8 o'clock. The following is the programme:

Quartet, G major, Op. 33, No. 5, Haydn.- Vivace assai.- Largo e cantabile.- Scherzo.- Finale (allegretto).

Violin solo, Ciacconna, Bach. Mr. Franz Kneisel.
