The lectures in Physics A will begin on Thursday, Feb. 23rd, at 12 o'clock m., in the lecture room of the Jefferson Physical Laboratory.
The students of Oberlin College have organized a debating club, for the purpose of discussing and investigating the land tax doctrines of Henry George.

To-day, to-morrow and Friday occurs the auction sale in Boston of Maj. Ben: Perley Poore's valuable collection of autographs and manuscripts. The collection is very large and there will be two sales each day at 10 and 2.
Owing to the large number of men in Math. E. the course will be divided into two sections, one section meeting Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10 o'clock, and the other meeting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 o'clock.
