PROBLEMS OF RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION.During April and May, Professor Arthur T. Hadley, of Yale University, is to deliver a series of four lectures in Sever 11, on Problems of Railroad Administration. The dates fixed are successive Wednesdays, April 13, 20, 27, and May 4. The lectures are open to the public.
