Assistant-Professor Laughlin has an article in the current Popular Science Monthly on "Methods of Teaching Political Economy."

The Tufts college team is intending to make a trip to Maine about the middle of May. Games will be played with Colby, Bowdoin and possibly Portland.

The second balloting for vice-president of the Dining Association resulted in the election of Mr. E. J. Rich, '87. Mr. Rich received 276 votes; Mr. Vogel, 235; scattering, 11.

The members of the faculty have drawn up a plan of student conference that will be submitted to the students chosen to act on the preliminary conference, next Monday at 4 P. M.

The '85 members of the Pi Eta gave their farewell entertainment yesterday afternoon. The farce "Boodle Waddle XXXI," by C. M. Thompson was very successfully presented. A large audience, including many ladies, greatly enjoyed the occasion.
