FACT AND RUMOR.

It is reported that complimentary season tickets to the ball games are given to the young ladies of Providence by the Brown management.

Two tickets for the ball game on class day between the university nines of '77 and '82 were given with each envelope of class day tickets yesterday.

The examination in Chemistry I. for those who have permission to make up the mid-year, has been changed to Friday, June 15th, at 10 A. M. Boylston 6.

Seniors who did not get their class day tickets yesterday, can obtain them from 10 to 1 today. After that time all remaining tickets will be sold at a fixed price.

Philosophy 7. The book used in the course on Hegel will be the "Philosophie des Rechte." As copies cannot be got in this country, each student will order his own during the summer.
