The National Rifle Association met in New York last evening. Gen. Hancock presided and after his report, in which he advocated more practice in shooting, resigned. The following-named new officers were elected: President, Gen. E. L. Molineux; vice-president, Gen. G. W. Wingate; secretary, G. J. Seabury; treasurer, Col. J. H. Cowperthwait.
