THERE will be a game of hare and hounds on Friday, November 10. The start will be made from the Soldiers' Monument at half past 3 P. M. All are invited to run as hounds; the hares will be chosen from the University crew. An hour and a half will be the length of the run.

THE Executive Committee of the H. U. B. C. are anxious that it should be understood that valuables are not to be left in the boat-house while their owners are rowing. They hope that by next year arrangements will be made which will make the boat-house perfectly secure from thieves. But at present they cannot guarantee that articles left there will be safe.

THE building which had a hideous name is now called "Beck Hall."

ALL those wishing to try for the Freshman crew, whether they have rowed before or not, are requested to come to Thayer 14 to-morrow morning at 11.
