RUSSELL STURGIS, of Baring Brothers, of London, has subscribed fifty dollars to the fund for the Art Club Scholarship.

YALE agrees that we shall name the time and place of the regatta. The time will be June 30, and the place, probably, Springfield.

J. W. WELLES has resigned his position as Captain of the Freshman crew, and Alvah Crocker has been appointed to the position by the executive committee elected at the late meeting of the class. W. B. Van Rennselaer has been appointed Secretary and Treasurer of the class boat-club.
