The Harvard baseball team’s game against Holy Cross was postponed yesterday with the threat of rain looming over O’Donnell Field. But the teams will not have to wait very long to play each other, as today the tarp will be rolled off and the first pitch will be thrown at 3 p.m.
The Crimson (6-10, 2-2 Ivy) is looking to tune up for this weekend’s two double-headers against Ancient Eight foes Princeton and Cornell. Harvard has been inconsistent in the early stages of the season, splitting its first four conference games last weekend in twinbills against Penn and Columbia following a 4-8 spring training showing in its annual Florida trip. The Crusaders come into today’s contest with a 2-14 overall record and are looking to avenge last year’s 3-2 extra-innings loss to the Crimson in Worcester, Mass.
