Friday, July 7, 10.10 p.m.: An officer reported an individual acting suspiciously in his car. Upon seeing the officer, the man drove off.

Saturday, July 8, 7:50 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a report of possible unauthorized trash at William James Hall. It was reported that all was in order.

No Silent Night
Sunday, July 9, 2:46 a.m.: Yelling was reported at 1306 Mass. Ave. Officers arrived and found all quiet.

Compost Combustion
Sunday, July 9, 8:46 a.m.: A large patch of mulch was observed to be smoking in the area. The Fire Department reported the smoke was a result of a discarded cigarette.

Funny Laundering
Sunday, July 9, 11:31 p.m.: Laundry was reported stolen outside of Peabody Terrace 11, but the incident later proved a misunderstanding.

Capture the Flag
Tuesday, July 11, 2:45 a.m.: Five individuals were found to be attempting to steal a flag from the Harvard Lampoon, a semi-secret Sorrento Square social organization that used to occasionally publish a so-called humor magazine. The individuals explained that they were removing the flag as part of a historic rivalry. Those who owned the flag were informed and decided not to press charges.
