1. PENN
The score Yale 16, Penn 1 was about as much a surprise as the absolute beating the Quakers handed out down the stretch in The Palestra.
2. CORNELL
The Big Red pulled off the home sweep of Harvard and Dartmouth and finds itself right back in the midst of the title hunt.
3. HARVARD
Two tough early season road losses make a home sweep of Penn and Princeton this weekend a must, if the Crimson wants to stay in the race.
4. PRINCETON
The Tigers might be 3-1 in league play, but remember that this is still the same team that lost at home by five to Division III Carnegie Mellon.
5. YALE
The Bulldogs have to be kicking themselves for not earning a split with the P’s, but they should bounce back in the friendly confines of John J. Lee.
6. BROWN
The bottom three teams are really a pick’em, but the Bears’ wins against Yale and Dartmouth give them the slight edge over the other two.
7. DARTMOUTH
The Big Green got into the win column the hard way, taking a Saturday night Ivy road game against the woeful Lions.
8. COLUMBIA
Another promising start to the season has led to another disappointing plummet to the bottom of the league standings.
