March 6
11:15 p.m.—A resident of Lincoln Way stated that between 7 p.m., Feb. 28 and 3:45 p.m. she and her boyfriend had a series of arguments. He made threats to harm her, to kidnap their daughter, and to wait for her outside her work place. The suspect has also harassed her and her family and friends with phone calls. He also stole her cell phone. An emergency restraining order was sought and issued.
—A resident of Cambridge reported that she broke up with her boyfriend in Jan. 2004. Since then, he has repeatedly contacted her by phone and e-mail. The resident has told him to stop but he continues to call. The last call was at 12:56 a.m. Caller ID showed that he called from Fresh Pond area. The resident stated that she is not scared but rather annoyed by the situation.
March 7
—A resident of Belmont stated that two black suspects robbed him while armed with a gun and also beat him with the gun. Taken from the resident were $800 cash, a cell phone, and a black jacket.
—A resident of Cambridge stated that a white male operating a gray 2000 Kia exited the vehicle and assaulted him with a bat. This happened at 3:30 p.m. while the vehicle was stopped in traffic on Cambridge and Sixth St.
March 8
—A resident of Woodrow Wilson Court in Cambridge reported that all four of the tires on his Nissan were stabbed and flattened while he was parked on a side street.
—On March 3, 2005, at approximately 2 p.m., an employee of “Fulcrum Association” reported that an unknown suspect removed several cast iron sinks and radiators from 45 Yerxa Rd.
March 9
8:11 p.m.—An Elm Street resident reported that he is a teacher in Everett and that a student has been calling his home approximately fifteen times a day harassing and threatening him. The suspect was expelled from school on March 7.
9 p.m.—An Alewife Brook Parkway resident reported that a white male entered a store, grabbed various DVD box sets, and then fled in a white motor vehicle.
March 10
12:43 a.m.—A Linnaean Street resident reported that upon exiting her residence, she observed a male standing at the corner of Linnaean Street and Avon Street, one block north of the Quad. The resident then walked to her motor vehicle and the suspect also walked over, staring at her. She then went back into her residence and the suspect left a few minutes later. Since June of 2004, the suspect has done this approximately twenty times.
—A resident of Wenlock Road in Dorchester reported that at approximately 12:35 p.m. she was on 10 Maple Ave. when a suspect approached her with a crowbar and stated, “Give me your money.” The resident reported that the suspect began to strike her on the head, causing severe lacerations when she told him that she did not have any money. The suspect then fled toward Broadway.
March 11
2 p.m.—A Galleria Mall business employee reported that two unknown white males entered a store and walked out with eight hard drives valued at $3,000.
9:10 p.m.—A Galleria Mall business employee reported that two unknown black females and a black male stole approximately $800 worth of women’s undergarments.
March 12
12:40 p.m.—A Cambridge resident stated that she heard screams outside her window. She said she saw an unknown white female possibly strike a black male who then grabbed her and threw her in the snow. She said both individuals entered 8 Woodrow Wilson in Cambridge. A search did not turn anything up.
