Aug. 1:

2:57:42 p.m.—Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officers were sent

to Annenberg Hall to take a report of ongoing harassment that had occurred between July 1 and Aug. 1.

6:22:40 p.m.—An officer was sent to 1 Western Ave. to take a report of damage done to the inside of an apartment in a domestic disturbance.

10:11:03 a.m.—An officer observed an individual in the area of Dunster Street.

and Mass. Ave. acting suspiciously. The individual had an arrest warrant, so

the officer conducted a field interview and ran the individual for wants and warrants with positive results. Officers arrested Dale Theriault, 26, who is homeless, for warrant service.

11:2145 p.m.—An HUPD officer reported an individual acting suspiciously near Grays Hall. After a field interview, the officer ran a wants and warrants check, which turned up positive. The officer arrested Ronald Brown, 58, of Boston, for warrant service.

Aug. 3:

5:29:26 p.m.—An officer was dispatched to Sever Hall to take a report of a stolen digital camera.

Aug. 4:

3:41:49 p.m.—An officer was sent to Dunster House on a report of a vehicle that had been broken into earlier that day. The officer reported that assorted tools were taken from the vehicle.

Aug. 5:

1:05:01 p.m.—An HUPD officer was dispatched to Eliot House to take a report of a suspicious individual asking suspicious questions regarding the University.

Aug. 6:

2:56:17 p.m.—An officer took a report of a restraining order violation. An arrest warrant had been issued from Cambridge District Court for the defendant. Officers responded to Woburn where they took Robert Souza, 24, of Stoneham, Mass., into custody for violating his restraining order.

Aug. 7:

3:52:19 a.m.—An officer was sent to Kirkland Street and Beacon Street to

investigate a report of possible gunshots in the area. A search of the area turned up negative. Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers also received a complaint and responded to that area.

10:39:19 p.m.—An HUPD officer was dispatched to 219 Western Ave. on a report of an individual in a dumpster causing a disturbance. The officers arrived and sent the individual on his way.
