Oct. 29:

12:25 a.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer was sent to investigate a report of a person yelling from Quincy House across to DeWolfe Street housing. The officer asked the individuals to close their windows.

9:02 a.m.—An officer observed a person dressed as a Ninja with two swords at the rear of Langdell Hall. The officer determined the person was a Harvard affiliate greeting students before a function.

11:35 a.m.—Officers located a person in Emerson Hall who already had a trespass warning placed against them. Officers arrested David Scrima, 44, of New York City, on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest.

3:10 p.m.—HUPD officers were dispatched to 10 DeWolfe St. on a report of a suspicious person in the building attempting to enter some rooms. Officers located the person and ran a warrant check, which turned up positive. Officers arrested Justin Russo, of Revere, for warrant service and breaking and entering for a felony during the daytime.

Oct. 30:

1:31 a.m.—Officers were sent to Adams House on a report of a person yelling in front of the building. Officers located the person and escorted them home.

3:44 a.m.—Officers were dispatched to University Health Services on a report of several people interfering with the nurses who were assisting a friend of theirs. Officer resolved the situation and the individuals were allowed to remain with their friend. Twenty minutes later, HUPD officers returned and removed the group for further interference with the nurses.

Oct. 31:

9:49 p.m.—Officers were dispatched to Greenough Hall on a report of a person blowing a whistle in the area. A search of the area turned up negative.

Nov. 1:

5:08 p.m.—An officer reported that he removed a group that was videotaping in Harvard Yard by Massachusetts Hall.

Nov. 2:

1:38 a.m.—Officers were sent to investigate a report of two unauthorized people trying to gain entry to the Chilled Water Plant on Oxford Street.

They informed the individuals that they could not enter the building.

1:28 p.m.—An officer was dispatched to the Palmer Dixon Tennis Court to take a report of several stolen items, including two video cameras, a grey Toshiba 1998 laptop computer, a Dell laptop computer and a Sony digital camera with a total value of $3,500.

4:11 p.m.—HUPD officers were sent to Apley Court on a report of a suspicious person on the fire escape. Officers determined the individual was a Harvard affiliate who was locked out of their room. An officer advised the person about the proper lockout protocol for the future.

Nov. 3:

3:44 p.m.—An HUPD officer was sent to the Greenhouse Cafe in the Science Center to take a report of a stolen gray LG camera cell phone valued at $100.

9:41 p.m.—Officers were dispatched to the New Research Building on a report of a suspicious person in the building. Officers located the person and determined the individual was a Harvard affiliate who had not worn the proper uniform.

Nov. 4:

3:00 p.m.—Officers were sent to Au Bon Pain on a report of a large group fighting in the area. The group fled towards Harvard Yard, and a check of the area by HUPD and Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers turned up negative. CPD stopped the group near the intersection of Trowbridge Street and Broadway Street.

9:58 p.m.—An officer was dispatched to Jarvis Street to investigate a report that the shuttle bus had broken down and was emitting sparks, possibly catching fire. The Cambridge Fire Department responded, but the fire was already out prior to their arrival.
