April 6:

12:26:59 a.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer observed an individual breaking and entering through a window at 20 DeWolfe Street. The officer arrested Gregg Scarlata, 20, from North Easton, for breaking and entering.

4:32:56 a.m.—An officer was dispatched to the Science Center on a report of two individuals arguing. The officer settled the dispute.

5:39:47 p.m.—Officers were sent to Sever Hall on a report of four individuals holding another party up against a wall. The parties were gone on arrival.

6:58:42 p.m.—HUPD officers responded to a report of five or six individuals assaulting another party at William James Hall. The parties were gone on arrival.

5:37:00 a.m.—An officer investigated a report of loud music playing at the Holyoke Center. The officer found all to be quiet.

April 8:

11:47:57 p.m.—An officer observed an individual urinating in public at the Holyoke Center. The officer escorted the individual to a homeless shelter.

4:03:02 p.m.—HUPD officers were sent to the University Health Services (UHS) Emergency Room on a report of an unwanted guest. The party causing a disturbance was gone on arrival.

April 9:

8:48:36 p.m.—An officer assisted Cambridge Rescue, Cambridge Fire, Environmental Health and Safety and Professional Ambulance with a small contained chemical spill.

April 10:

5:07:12 p.m.—An officer was sent to Lamont Library on a report of smoke. The officer determined the cause to be a piece of paper that was on fire. Cambridge Fire Department officials responded and extinguished the fire.

April 11:

10:21:07 p.m.—An HUPD officer observed a trespasser at 35 Dunster Street. The officer arrested 38-year-old Virgilio Proenca of Cambridge for warrant service.

April 12:

12:10:55 a.m.—HUPD was sent to investigate an indecent assault, defined as the exposing of oneself or the touching of other people inappropriately, at the Quad. Police classified the investigation as confidential.

7:06:37 p.m.—HUPD officers were sent to Cabot Library to take a report of a stolen wallet. The wallet was recovered and officers determined that it had only been misplaced.

11:36:37 p.m.—Officers were sent to The Harvard Crimson at 14 Plympton St. to quiet a loud party. The party quieted down.
