Sept. 28:

1:58:58 a.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer was sent to Mallinckrodt Laboratory on Oxford Street to take a report of fraudulent use of a lost ID card.

2:06:42 a.m.—An officer observed an individual urinating on the street by Holyoke Center. The officer issued the party a trespass warning and escorted the individual off the property.

Sept. 29:

3:15:07 p.m.—Officers were dispatched to 175 Harvard St. on a report of a group lighting fires. Upon arrival, officers determined that all was in order.

3:39:17 p.m.—An HUPD officer was sent to the Museum of Comparative Zoology to take a report of a stolen credit card number.

4:27:48 p.m.—Officers observed an employee termination at 77 Louis Pasteur Ave. on the Harvard Medical School campus.

Oct. 1:

4:16:37 p.m.—Officers were sent to 77 Louis Pasteur Ave. on a report of a chemical spill. On arrival, officers determined all was in order.

10:49:29 p.m.—An HUPD officer was dispatched to Yenching Library to take a report of stolen money and credit cards.

Oct. 2:

10:09:54 a.m.—An officer was sent to the Lowell House Dining Hall to take a report of vandalism.

2:53:30 p.m.—HUPD officers were dispatched to the Soldiers Field Park Complex on a report of an argument between two taxi drivers. Officers sent the parties on their way. Officers responded to the same complaint three more times on the afternoon of Oct. 2 at the Soldiers Field Park Complex.

Oct. 3:

6:55:41 p.m.—An officer was sent to 16. Mellon St. on a report of a person acting suspiciously. The officer checked the party for warrants and arrested Craig Havel, 49, of West Roxbury for possession of class D and class C substances.

Oct. 4:

12:55:11 p.m.—An HUPD officer assisted the Boston Fire Department (BFD) with a report of a fire at Soldiers Field Park. BFD reported that there was no fire.
